Every transfer of $SHOEDOG pays a 1% tax. It comes back to holders as NKE — the tokenized NIKE share this token is paired against — pro rata, automatically, for as long as people keep trading it.

01 1% on every transfer

Not a buy tax with a sell loophole. Every transfer of $SHOEDOG, on any venue, pays 1% — swaps, sends, wallet to wallet. The tax is collected at the token level, so there is nowhere for it to leak out of.

02 Paid in NKE, not in shoedog

The tax does not come back to you as more of the same memecoin. It comes back as NKE — the tokenized NIKE share that $SHOEDOG is paired against on StonkFun.

Holding the dog pays you in the stock.

03 Pro rata, $20 minimum

Tax collects until the pot is worth distributing, then goes out to every wallet holding at least $20 of $SHOEDOG at that moment, in proportion to what they hold.

Roughly 2.5% is deducted to cover the network cost of distributing.

Same dog.Different money.

A garage, a waffle iron and a crate of shoes is how the original one started. This one runs on a 1% tax and a payout script — but it still only works if the pack keeps showing up.

[3] The Trunk How to get a bag
Get a Solana wallet

Phantom or Solflare, funded with SOL for the swap and for fees. Nothing here needs anything more exotic than that.

Copy the contract

Paste it — never search for it. Check the last four characters read STNK before you sign anything. Impostor tickers are the oldest trick there is.

Swap

Trade it on fomo, buy through StonkFun, or route it on Jupiter. Set slippage a little higher than usual: there is a 1% transfer tax and naive routers do not expect it.

Hold over $20

That is the line. Wallets holding at least $20 of $SHOEDOG when the pot distributes are in the payout set. Below it, you are just holding a dog.

[4] Shoe Dog Where the name comes from
A crazy idea, a trunk, a waffle iron

Shoe Dog is Phil Knight's 2016 memoir about building the company that became NIKE. In the trade, a shoe dog is what they call someone who gives their whole life over to shoes — the making, the selling, the obsessing.

It started with almost nothing: a fifty-dollar loan from his father, a crate of imported Japanese running shoes, and a car he drove from track meet to track meet, selling out of the trunk. His old coach ruined a perfectly good waffle iron pouring rubber into it, trying to work out a better outsole.

Nobody told them it would work. They just kept running.

This is not that company. $SHOEDOG is a dog on the internet, paired against the stock, paying its holders in it. The book is where the name comes from — and the part worth keeping is the part about showing up on day one and then showing up again.
